BOAO developed an intelligent parking garage for Ningbo Cultural and Creative Port Riverside Park, supporting visitor parking and the district's connected smart-city facilities.

The garage supports parking demand at the riverside park while contributing to a convenient visitor experience and the area's smart connected infrastructure.
Aisle-Stacking Solution
The project uses an aisle-stacking system with a clamp-type intelligent vehicle-handling mechanism. Turntables at the entrances allow vehicles to enter and leave facing forward, while automated handling reduces manual intervention.
System Configuration
The garage has four above-ground levels, with three levels in some areas, and provides 196 spaces: 117 for passenger cars and 79 for SUVs. Two independent garages and two transfer zones work together to handle peak access periods.
